A full refund in the form of voucher or a 100% cash refund is also offered for any operator’s cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We are unfortunately unable to refund missed tours or tours that are not canceled ahead of time. When possible, we will work with the customer to reschedule a tour.
