The Greenway is a spectacular hike with plenty to see along the way in every season. It connects some of the charming villages of Central Lake Como, where the view broadens over the famous Bellagio and the Alps.

From the picturesque lakefront of Tremezzo, embark on a guided walk with one of our private English-speaking guides through the enchanting hamlets of Bolvedro and Bonzanigo. Experience a journey back in time to when wealthy merchant families resided here and constructed their grand mansions. Among these alleys was consumed also one of the pages of the Fall of Fascism. Here Benito Mussolini spent his last night before being executed by the Italian Resistance Army.

Back to the lakefront, enjoy the beautiful promenade to reach the promontory dominated by Villa del Balbianello. Admire the gardens, where some famous scenes of Casino Royale and Star Wars: Episode II were shot, and listen to the stories of Guido Monzino, the last owner of the villa.
